As the Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you will play a critical role in ensuring that our service delivery meets the highest standards and aligns with business objectives. This position is within a dynamic and growing company located in Mexico City, Mexico, with a focus on providing exceptional client services. You will be part of a team that fosters a collaborative work environment where your leadership will have a direct impact on operational success and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of service delivery, ensuring timely and effective execution of services to clients.Manage and lead a team of service delivery professionals, providing mentorship and support to enhance performance.Implement and refine processes to meet service quality standards and improve operational efficiency.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and address any service-related concerns effectively.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to gauge the success of delivery efforts.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate problem resolution and service improvements.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding service delivery status and areas for improvement.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Proven experience in leadership roles, particularly in service-oriented environments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.Familiarity with service management and delivery frameworks.Experience with performance analytics tools and reporting software.Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery or related field.In this role, you will benefit from opportunities for professional growth as we value ongoing development and training.
