This role plays a vital part in ensuring that construction tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow blueprints and work instructions to assist in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and structures.Engage in a variety of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and general labor duties.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining a high level of safety at all times.Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment to and from job sites.Monitor and adhere to all safety regulations, ensuring personal and team safety during construction activities.Report any issues, injuries, or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately to promote a safe workplace.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in the construction industry is preferred, but entry-level candidates eager to learn are also encouraged to apply.Familiarity with blueprints and construction plans.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in construction.Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.Our construction team operates with a collaborative spirit, comprising skilled workers who support each other to achieve common goals.
