This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative work environment and are eager to contribute to impactful construction efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times.Operate and maintain heavy machinery and tools conducive to construction tasks.Assist in the construction, demolition, and renovation of residential and commercial properties.Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.Load and unload materials, and ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition.Perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying to cater to the needs of the construction site.Report to the site supervisor or foreman regarding project progress and any issues encountered.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in construction or related field preferred; entry-level candidates may also be considered.Keen understanding of safety procedures and best practices in construction.Ability to operate heavy machinery, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts.Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Our team environment is built on mutual respect and support, allowing each member the opportunity to contribute their expertise.
