This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints to accurately execute construction tasks.Perform a variety of tasks including demolition, framing, and installing structures.Operate construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor job site safety and adhere to safety protocols at all times.Communicate effectively with supervisors and other workers regarding project needs.Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of tools and equipment.The Construction Worker will be involved in various projects, contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial builds. This role requires close interaction with a variety of team members, including site managers, foremen, and subcontractors.
