Your contributions will impact the wellness and comfort of our employees and visitors, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout the institution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards.Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor.Utilize appropriate cleaning methods for different surfaces and materials to ensure effective cleaning without damage.Follow health and safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment for all.Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to maintain cleanliness across all institutional areas.Assist with special cleaning projects as requested by supervisors, contributing to overall upkeep and orderliness.Monitor and manage waste disposal, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations.Required and Preferred QualificationsStrong attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.No formal education required; however, prior experience in cleaning roles is an advantage.Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment is preferred but not mandatory.Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and protocols.Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.This position operates within a supportive team structure, where collaboration and communication are encouraged to foster a positive work atmosphere.
