This is a full time position in Metro Phoenix arizona. You can work from the office or home, but if you work from home, you still need to reside and be present in Metro PHoenix Arizona. The job includes meeting key clients in the area and meeting and onboarding technicans. We are seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee our business, for a HVAC company here in the valley - Discount AC & Refrigiration. You will work with a lead tech. He is in charge of the technical side of the business, He is servicing clients and train and manage employees (from a tech prospective). Other than that, you are the business :) You will manage the process of hiring, client interaction , scheduling etc.Key ResponsibilitiesHire, onboard, manage, schedule and if necessary fire technicansBe responsible for schedulingBe responsible for accounting (book keeping payroll etc)BE the lasion with clients. talk to every client (we do have dispatching answering service), but once a client requested service, you will call them, verify their needs, and schedule appointment.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.Organize and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client communications to ensure consistent follow-up.Analyze sales data to measure performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.Provide training and support to sales personnel to enhance their skills and effectiveness.Manage escalated customer service issues and resolve conflicts promptly and efficiently.Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive client experiences and service delivery.Required and preferred qualificationsNeed an experience business manager that can wear all hats in the business (except provide the actual tech work)Strong skills in organization, communication, sales, scheduling, and customer service.Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related role.Experience in the tech industry is preferred.
