We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Waimalu, Hawaii. As a part-time position, you will be integral in providing high-quality patient care in a nurturing and supportive work environment. Our healthcare facility values the role of nurses in promoting health and wellness while making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients' responses to ensure quality outcomes.Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation as per healthcare regulations and standards.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care practices.Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.Support onboarding and training of new nursing staff and assist in their professional development.Required and preferred qualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Hawaii.Strong skills in patient care and effective communication.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.Our team operates in a collaborative environment where each member is valued and supported.
