The impact of your role as a Remote Sales Representative will be significant, as you will help drive revenue by connecting with potential customers and meeting their security needs.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential clients through various communication channels to discuss their locksmithing needs.Utilize the Workiz platform for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and optimizing customer interactions.Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our locksmith services and industry trends.Create custom quotes and proposals tailored to individual customer requirements.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong sales and communication skills, with a track record of achieving sales goals.Experience using Workiz or similar CRM tools is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales environment; experience in locksmith or security services is a plus.Your growth and success in this role will be supported by a collaborative team structure where your insights and contributions are valued.
