We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Waimalu, Hawaii. This role not only offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of patients but also the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality patient care to diverse populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with the healthcare team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.Educate patients and their families about managing their health conditions and promote wellness.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.Participate in clinical meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited nursing program.Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).Strong skills in patient care and effective communication.Experience in an acute care setting preferred but not mandatory.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS) preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nursing is advantageous.In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals committed to improving patient outcomes.
