Our facility is focused on delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community, and we are looking for an individual who is ready to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Assess and monitor patient health, including vital signs and medical history.Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.Document patient progress and care activities accurately in medical records.Assist in the training and mentorship of nursing students and junior staff.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Hawaii.Strong skills in Patient Care and Communication.Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.CERTIFICATION: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience for advanced positions.Our team is structured to foster collaboration and support among staff members.
