Our facility, known for its commitment to quality care and community health, is looking for a qualified individual to enhance the well-being of our patients and contribute to our mission.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care to individuals, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.Effectively communicate with patients and their families to educate and inform them about health conditions and treatments.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and ensure patient needs are met.Document and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and ethical practices.Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as required.Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.Assist in training and mentoring nursing students and junior staff members.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.Strong skills in patient care and communication.Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare software.At least 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.This position is part of a collaborative nursing department where you will report directly to the Nurse Manager.
