Accurately dispense fuel to customers' vehicles while adhering to safety protocols. Handle payment transactions efficiently, including cash and card payments. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the filling station, including forecourt and convenience store areas. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and timely manner. Assist with inventory management in the shop, ensuring products are stocked and displayed properly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Matric Certificate. Skills: Strong customer service skills with a friendly disposition. Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred. Certifications: Any relevant customer service or safety training is a plus. Software/Tools: Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems. Years of Experience: 1-2 years working experience in a similar environment is preferred.
