You will be managing clients inquiries and technicians for an HVAC company in metro Phoenix Arizona., where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. We thrive in a collaborative and innovative work environment, making a significant impact on our customers and the business’s success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the customer service scheduling operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution.Develop and implement efficient scheduling processes and tools to optimize team performance.Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and technical issues swiftly.Collaborate with other departments to integrate customer service initiatives with company goals.Monitor and report on team performance metrics to enhance service quality continuously.Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer issues ensuring they are resolved effectively.Required and preferred qualificationsCertification in Customer Service or Management.Proven skills in scheduling and team leadership.Strong problem-solving capabilities and conflict resolution skills.At least 2 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.Familiarity with customer service software and scheduling tools.This position offers a unique opportunity for growth within our expanding company.
