As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety standards of our facilities, directly impacting the overall productivity of our team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.Ensure all cleaning supplies are well-stocked and report any needs to management.Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.Conduct periodic deep cleaning and maintain cleaning schedules.Carefully handle and properly dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.Assist in setting up for meetings and special events as required.Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure all cleaning duties are completed effectively.Required and preferred qualificationsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services.No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is an advantage.Successful candidates will thrive in a supportive team structure that encourages collaboration and communication.
