Position: Business Development ManagerLocation: Remote, ColombiaEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES● Develop and execute outreach campaigns through directcommunication, social platforms, email, and industry eventsto engage potential partners● Build, manage, and optimize a sales or partnership pipeline,ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions● Expand and manage regional or international partnernetworks, balancing cost efficiency and business impact● Establish and nurture relationships with key partners andhigh-value clients to support long-term business growth● Present the company’s value proposition, negotiate terms,and close partnership agreements● Oversee smooth onboarding of new partners, includingcontract finalization, compliance checks, and integration intocompany programs● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamlesspartner handover and ongoing support● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and marketdemands to identify new business opportunities● Track and report on key performance metrics, includingpartner acquisition and overall business impact. REQUIREMENTS:● Fluent in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both writtenand verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (at leastB2).● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, BusinessDevelopment, or Partnerships (experience in a fast-paced,target-driven industry preferred)● Strong understanding of partnership models, clientrelationship management, and business developmentstrategies● Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and managelong-term relationships● Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification● Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) formanaging pipelines and performance tracking● Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new growthopportunities● Willingness to travel and represent the company at industryevents when required.
