This role is essential in building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.Provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams.Process orders, forms, and requests accurately in a timely manner.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within our system.Follow up on customer issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes.Engage in feedback sessions to gather insights from customers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is a plus.This role is part of a supportive team structure where you will work closely with other representatives and supervisors to coordinate efforts in delivering exceptional service.
