We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our client team in Dandridge, TN. As a pivotal member of our client's leadership team, your contributions will directly influence our success and the satisfaction of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Manage site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and safety compliance.Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.Conduct inspections of work performed to ensure it adheres to quality standards and specifications.Lead, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Prepare and maintain reports on project progress, costs, and schedules.Implement safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven leadership skills and experience managing construction teams.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with construction software and tools.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent or similar role preferred.This role operates within a collaborative team structure, reporting directly to the Project Manager. You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.
