This is an opportunity to make a significant impact as you connect organizations with the tools they need to succeed in their missions.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential clients through consultations to assess their needs and position our SaaS fundraising solutions effectively.Develop strategic sales proposals that demonstrate the value of our products, tailored to the specific audience.Handle objections gracefully, turning challenges into opportunities, and educating prospects on the benefits of our solutions.Close high-value deals while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools to track interactions and forecast revenue.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions to help improve our offerings and services.Required and Preferred QualificationsDiploma in Sales or Marketing is required.Proven consultative sales experience with a focus on SaaS products, ideally within the fundraising or non-profit sector.Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasion and relationship-building.Strong objection handling skills and a deep understanding of customer needs and how to address them.Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales closing role is preferred.We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
