Your expertise will directly contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and modify machinable designs based on technical specifications.Set up and operate CNC machines, conducting test runs to ensure programs are running correctly.Conduct regular inspections of completed parts to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with specifications.Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to solve technical issues and enhance machine functionality.Provide training and guidance to junior machinists and programmers, fostering a collaborative team environment.Document all processes and modifications in accordance with internal quality assurance standards.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining.Proficient in CNC Programming and CAD/CAM technologies.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Experience with various CNC machining tools and equipment.Industry-standard certifications are a plus.In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and experienced team of engineers and machinists, structured to encourage innovation and collaboration.
