We are seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant and Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Texas City, Texas. This role is essential for ensuring that personal and professional events are planned and executed flawlessly. Your impact on this role will enhance the efficiency of operations and contribute to memorable experiences for both clients and guests.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars and schedule appointments for clients and events.Coordinate logistics for personal and professional events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.Communicate effectively with vendors and service providers to ensure all event requirements are met.Maintain an organized filing system and keep track of critical documents and correspondence.Assist in the preparation of event materials, such as invitations and itineraries.Handle financial transactions related to event planning, including budgeting and invoicing.Provide administrative support and perform tasks as assigned by clients to increase work efficiency.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent education.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in event planning and multitasking.Attention to detail and reliability in all aspects of work.Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.Prior experience as a personal assistant is preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Our company prides itself on a positive and engaging workplace culture where team members are encouraged to grow and develop their skills.
