This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure, ultimately impacting our clients’ success.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain the performance of OpenStack and Private Cloud systems.Implement automation solutions to streamline operational processes and deployments.Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications and cloud infrastructure.Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize system reliability.Conduct regular system audits and contribute to disaster recovery planning.Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for mission-critical systems.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proficiency in Linux and related technologies.Experience with OpenStack tools and private cloud environments.Familiarity with networking, system monitoring, and performance tuning.Industry-standard certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.Our team is structured with diverse roles that foster collaboration and communication.
