We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Coordinator for our New Member Team. This volunteer role is essential for fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for new members, helping them integrate seamlessly into our community. As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the experiences of our members and ensuring they feel valued and engaged.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and orient new members, providing them with essential information and resources.Develop and maintain strong communication with volunteers and new members.Organize and facilitate onboarding events and training sessions for new members.Manage schedules and ensure adequate volunteer coverage during events and meetings.Collect feedback from new members to continuously improve the onboarding process.Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute community outreach initiatives.Track and report on volunteer participation and engagement metrics.Required and preferred qualifications2-year Diploma or equivalent required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals.Experience in volunteering or community service preferred.Basic proficiency in using standard office software (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role beneficial.This role operates in a close-knit team environment where collaboration is key.
