Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of program participants to evaluate their needs and progress. Analyze data and feedback to suggest improvements in program offerings. Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for program enhancement. Prepare detailed reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations. Participate in community outreach efforts to promote engagement and program awareness. Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants throughout their involvement in programs. Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed about organizational goals and objectives. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis. Prior experience in volunteer roles or community assessment is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
