We are looking for LATAM remote person to work full time as a Client Coordinator. You will call clients back who requested service. Give pricing and create quotes. Schedule service. And be the coordinator between the techs in the field and the clients. This is fully remote JOB! As a Client Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' needs, contributing to our overall mission of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all inquiries and requests efficiently.Coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience.Maintain accurate client records and communication logs to ensure data integrity and follow-up.Assist in developing client feedback programs to drive improvements and address concerns.Prepare and distribute regular client updates and reports documenting progress and services rendered.Collaborate with other departments to provide tailored solutions and address specific client needs.Monitor client satisfaction and seek opportunities to enhance the client experience proactively.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.At least 2 years of experience in client services or customer support; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.The Client Coordinator will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure all client needs are met and exceeded. This role reports directly to the Client Services Manager and is part of a collaborative team environment where ideas are celebrated and contributions are valued.
