As part of our full-time team, you will thrive in a collaborative work environment that values innovation and dedication while making a significant impact on air travel safety.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections and maintenance on various aircraft components to ensure compliance with safety standards.Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose malfunctions and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.Execute routine maintenance checks, as well as extensive repairs and modifications when necessary.Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repairs performed, adhering to regulatory requirements.Collaborate with team members to uphold maintenance schedules and address unexpected maintenance challenges.Assist in the training and mentorship of junior technicians and apprentices, sharing expertise and knowledge.Engage with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and operations, to ensure seamless aircraft readiness.Required and preferred qualificationsValid FAA A&P License or relevant aircraft type endorsements.Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting.Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety compliance in the aviation industry.Experience with relevant aircraft systems and maintenance tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.As part of a supportive and inclusive company culture, you will be encouraged to grow and develop professionally.
