As an RBT Facility Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and ensure that our facility continues to be a safe, welcoming space for clients and staff alike.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.Coordinate and support staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.Provide hands-on support and training to team members in behavior analysis and de-escalation techniques.Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as necessary to support their goals.Facilitate communication between staff, clients, and families to enhance program effectiveness.Conduct regular team meetings to foster collaboration and address any operational concerns.Report to upper management on facility performance, client outcomes, and staff development needs.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED; RBT certification is highly preferred.1-3 years of experience in behavior analysis or related field.Proven leadership skills and experience in team management.Strong understanding of empathy and de-escalation techniques.Familiarity with behavior analysis software tools is a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours and manage unexpected challenges efficiently.In our organization, we value growth and the potential of every individual.
