Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Sales & Personal Assistant in the beautiful setting of Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. As an Independent Contractor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives while providing exceptional assistance in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the flexibility of an independent contracting role, with a competitive compensation of MX$ 120 per hour. We welcome applicants who thrive in a professional atmosphere and are eager to make an impactful contribution to our success.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing sales leads and customer inquiries promptly and effectively.Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate data and tracking of sales performance.Support the sales team by preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for client meetings.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends within the industry.Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings for the sales team.Foster strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support.Provide administrative assistance to improve operational efficiency within the sales department.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Expertise in CRM software and sales support tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in a bilingual environment.Knowledge of the local Cancun market is a plus.As part of our team, you'll have access to numerous growth opportunities, including professional training and development courses tailored to enhance your skill set.
