We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sales Engineer specializing in Capital Equipment to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. With a full-time commitment, you will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment, directly contributing to our company's growth and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads , prospect new clients ( Consultants , EPCs , Corporates ) , manage inquiries , conduct product demos / presentations , prepare proposals , negotiate , and close deals .Understand complex equipment ( Eg : Process , Packaging Equipment ) , explain benefits , and tailor solutions to customer needs .Build strong bonds with key accounts , understad industry trends ( Pharma , F & B) , and provide after sales - support .Support marketing , participate in trade shows , analyze competition , and provide sales forecastsManage sales pipeline , use CRM , travel extensively , and coordinate with internal teams ( service , project management )Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through strategic selling techniques.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical )Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales engineering role within the capital equipment sector.Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex engineering concepts.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Certifications in engineering sales or relevant technical fields are preferred.In this role, you will work within a collaborative team structure, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will often collaborate with other departments, including product development and marketing, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client solutions.
