This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career while making a difference.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and refine outreach strategies.Follow up with prospects to secure appointments and provide information about our products/services.Monitor industry trends to effectively communicate offers and promotions to customers.Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.Required and preferred qualificationsMinimum education of 12th Pass.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Our team operates in a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
