This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a generous compensation structure starting at $80,000 per year.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and evidence.Perform legal research and gather relevant case law and statutory information to support ongoing cases.Manage and maintain document management systems, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.Draft and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Liaise with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to coordinate case-related matters.Identify and summarize relevant documents during the discovery process.Track deadlines and manage case calendars to ensure timely filings and responses.As part of this role, you will be involved in various projects that enhance case outcomes and streamline firm operations while interacting closely with attorneys and support staff.Required and preferred qualificationsCollege degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.Strong document management skills and experience handling a high volume of legal documents.Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.3+ years of experience in litigation support preferred but not mandatory.Our legal team thrives in a collaborative setting where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
