In this role, you will be welcomed into a friendly work environment, where your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates.Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and profiles for new hires.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.Support onboarding activities for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and performance metrics.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; further education a plus.Experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using standard office software and job boards.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.Our team operates in a collaborative environment where everyone’s ideas count.
