As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to impact lives while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in organizing and maintaining children’s files to ensure data integrity and accessibility.Conduct regular audits of existing files to verify information accuracy and completion.Help input new data into the filing system, ensuring all documents are properly categorized.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for data management.Respond to inquiries regarding files and assist staff in retrieving necessary documentation.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving our data management processes.Provide support during children’s events by helping with logistics and file organization.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Experience with filing systems or data entry is a plus.Familiarity with various software tools used in data management.No previous experience required; willingness to learn and engage with the team is essential.This volunteer role provides opportunities to grow within our organization and develop valuable skills in data management and teamwork.
