We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal discussions with prospective clients.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions aligned with business needs.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Follow up consistently with prospects to drive closures.Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data, pipeline status, and forecasts.Share regular sales reports, activity updates, and performance metrics with management.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.Required and Preferred Qualifications2–3 years of proven experience in business development / B2B sales.Experience in IT services, eLearning, LMS, SaaS, or digital solutions is an added advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online prospecting platforms.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Join us to shape the future of our company while enjoying the journey of professional and personal growth!
