Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers as they approach the sales counter. Assist customers in selecting tamales and atole, providing product recommendations and answering any inquiries. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate registers at the end of each shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area, including restocking supplies and arranging product displays. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely product availability and freshness throughout the day. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking to maintain an efficient sales flow. Participate in local marketing initiatives to promote our offerings and attract new customers. Required and preferred qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math operations. Proficient in using basic point-of-sale systems and handheld devices. No formal education required, but a passion for food and customer service is essential.
