We are seeking a dedicated Active Member Assessor for a volunteer position in Rancho Mirage, California. Your efforts will play a vital role in assessing member engagement and ensuring that our programs meet the needs of our community.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments of active members, gathering and analyzing data to evaluate engagement levels.Prepare detailed reports and feedback for program improvement based on assessment results.Participate in community outreach events to gather information and insights directly from members.Collaborate with team members to create strategies that enhance member involvement and satisfaction.Facilitate workshops or focus groups to foster open communication with members about their needs and expectations.Assist in the development of training materials to educate members about available resources and programs.Monitor progress and effectiveness of implemented strategies and assess their impact on member engagement.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Community Development, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.Proficiency in using standard office software and assessment tools.Preferred experience in community engagement or volunteer coordination (1-2 years).Certification in program evaluation or a related field is a plus.Our volunteer team is structured for collaboration and support, with dedicated roles that focus on various aspects of community engagement.
