With a competitive compensation package of €30,000 per year, this role is critical to the overall efficiency and productivity of our facility.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting in compliance with safety regulations.Ensure all areas of the plant are hygienic and well-presented to promote a productive work environment.Dispose of waste materials responsibly and maintain cleanliness in waste disposal areas.Report maintenance or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.Collaborate with team members to ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are well maintained.Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards set by management to meet operational needs.Assist in special cleaning projects as required, contributing to plant upkeep and improvement initiatives.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.Proven experience in a cleaning role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols.Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina and the capability to handle cleaning duties on various surfaces.Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning and sanitation.Our team operates within a supportive work culture that values hard work and dedication.
