We are seeking a skilled Middleware Developer to join our dynamic team in Waxhaw, North Carolina. This position offers a stimulating work environment within a prominent company that values innovation and teamwork, making a significant impact on our technological capabilities and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement middleware solutions to enhance compatibility between applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware applications for performance and scalability.Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in middleware development.Participate in software development life cycle (SDLC) activities, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.Document system configurations and updates while providing training and support to users where necessary.Engage in ongoing research and evaluation of new middleware technologies and tools to improve system functionality.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience in middleware development and integration.Familiarity with middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, or IBM WebSphere.Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Experience with various software development frameworks and database management systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Preferred certifications related to middleware solutions or relevant software development.Our company values growth and offers opportunities for professional development.
