We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the vibrant city of Mexico City, Mexico. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth, ultimately impacting our market presence in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, appoint, and develop new distributors and importers across Mexico to establish PRAN-RFL Group’s presence in the market. Build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key trade partners to drive initial sales and market penetration.Appoint new distributors or importers, both ethnic and mainstream, to expand the reach of PRAN-RFL GroupVisit the market regularly to build positive relationships with retailers.Be target-orientedDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.Engage with potential clients through effective negotiation to secure contracts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Meet and exceed sales targets through our established relationship management processes.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences.Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on business development.Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.Strong understanding of market analysis and target orientation.2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.Requirements for Day to Day Work related tasks:Proficiency in Spanish & English Language.2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG sector will be an advantage.
