As a part-time Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while contributing to the success of our busy bar environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.Demonstrate excellent mixology skills to craft signature cocktails that will delight our patrons.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.Interact with customers to provide recommendations and respond to inquiries about drinks and menu items.Manage cash register and process payments accurately, providing excellent service at all times.Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain an adequate stock of beverages.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong mixology skills and knowledge of drink recipes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Prior bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory.Certification in responsible beverage service is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.In our collaborative work environment, you will interface directly with fellow bartenders, servers, and management to create a seamless guest experience.
