We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist in Lubrication Systems to join our dynamic team in Guatemala City, Guatemala. The ideal candidate will provide specialized technical support for lubrication and equipment, aligning with client needs and strategic sales objectives. In this full-time role, you will work within the engineering and customer service sectors, impacting the efficiency and performance of our clients' systems. Key Responsibilities Inspect and technically assess various centralized lubrication systems and operating machinery. Gather data on equipment where products are utilized. Conduct lubrication tasks as required. Control and calculate consumption at different lubrication points. Manage inventory of equipment and lubricants. Review product concentrations and recommend additions to maintain optimal levels. Prepare customer visit reports and track associated expenses. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Document benefits achieved for clients. Plan activities and strategies, such as supervising tests and client visits. Provide reports on scheduled activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in lubrication systems or technical inspection. Strong data analysis skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills. Experience in customer relations and inventory management. Familiarity with report writing and strategic planning. Industry-standard certifications related to lubrication systems (preferred). Proficiency in relevant software tools (specifics can be discussed in the interview). 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
