We are looking for an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a stable and professional work environment in Miami, Florida. This role focuses on managing renewals for existing accounts, offering a chance to make a significant impact in our customer service operations without the need for sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be detail-oriented, helping to ensure our clients receive high-quality service throughout their insurance policies. Key Responsibilities Service and manage renewals for existing insurance accounts. Rewrite policies as needed to ensure optimal coverage for clients. Present coverage options to clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs. Assist clients with policy questions and address any concerns they may have. Provide excellent customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License (Required) Experience with Homeowners, Commercial, & Auto Insurance Experience handling renewals of existing accounts Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Good judgment and common sense in client interactions This position offers opportunities for growth within the company and a chance to develop your professional skills in the insurance sector.
