Sales - Manager (Mid West/South - US) Important: This role is strictly for candidates with direct AMR / AGV sales experience. Applications without this experience will not be considered. Role OverviewThe primary responsibility is to ensure sales targets are surpassed across targeted markets and industries, with a strong focus on selling Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) to enterprise customers.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end sales for AMR / AGV solutions, from lead generation to deal closureExecute strategies for developing business solutions aligned with the organisation’s growth goalsAnalyse market trends and customer behaviour to create actionable sales plansIdentify, engage, and convert new customers across the territoryMaintain full visibility of the sales pipeline across all stagesEvangelize AMR/AGV products by deeply understanding customer applications and proposing optimal automation solutionsBuild long-term relationships with customers, especially in automotive and industrial sectorsGenerate leads and close high-value deals to meet aggressive growth targetsDevelop techno-commercial proposals, pricing models, and customer presentationsSupport marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen market positioningRepresent Ati Motors at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry eventsMandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):8–15 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in selling AMRs or AGVsHands-on experience closing AMR/AGV deals (not presales, not distribution-only roles)Strong exposure to automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliersPrior experience in robotics, industrial automation, or intralogistics solutionsDemonstrated track record of strategic customer wins in complex sales cyclesAdditional Skills:Ability to translate business strategy into executable sales plansStrong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, margins, and deal structuringComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesWillingness to travel as required
