Gold Catering Services is a well-established company specializing in providing additional personnel to hotels, clubs, and restaurants in Bogotá, Colombia. With over a decade in the market and partnerships with more than 20 hotels, we are currently seeking operational staff for various roles including waiters, kitchen assistants, room attendants, and public area staff. This role is essential for maintaining excellent service standards and enhancing guest experiences in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with meal service and ensure optimal customer satisfaction as a waiter. Support the kitchen team with food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas as a room attendant. Collaborate with teammates to deliver timely and effective service. Follow food safety guidelines and best practices in all operational duties. Communicate effectively with guests to address any inquiries or concerns. Manage time efficiently to ensure tasks are completed promptly. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service skills. Teamwork and collaboration abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety standards. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
