W2 Position !!!Role: Payroll & T&E Business Analyst (ADP GlobalView)Location: RemoteMust have - ADP Global ViewJob SummaryWe are seeking a Payroll & Travel & Expense (T&E) Business Analyst with strong implementation and product support experience to support global payroll and expense program initiatives. This role will focus on gathering requirements, supporting configuration, coordinating testing, and ensuring successful implementation and rollout of payroll and T&E solutions.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting implementations on ADP GlobalView and understands end-to-end payroll workflows, integrations, and controls. Experience supporting T&E implementations and finance integrations is also strongly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Business Analyst supporting Payroll and T&E implementation projectsGather and document business requirements across Payroll, HR, Finance, and Accounting teamsSupport global payroll implementation activities including:process mappingrequirements documentationdata validationUAT planning and executionparallel payroll testing supportSupport T&E implementation activities including:expense workflow mappingpolicy requirementsapproval flowsreporting requirementsPartner with technical teams and vendors to support integrations (HRIS → payroll, payroll → GL, expense → accounting)Support payroll and expense reporting requirements and reconciliation needsTrack project deliverables, issues, and risks; coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolutionDevelop training documentation, SOPs, and rollout materialsSupport post-go-live stabilization including issue triage and root cause analysisRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Payroll and/or Finance systemsHands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (implementation or major enhancement work required)Strong understanding of payroll concepts and workflows (earnings, deductions, taxes, retro, controls)Strong Excel skills (reconciliation, validation, large datasets)Experience supporting UAT, parallel testing, and production rollout activitiesStrong documentation skills (BRDs, process flows, test cases)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
