We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter for two adorable girls in Kailua, Oahu. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving childcare for two girls, engaging them in play and educational activities. Assist with meal preparation for the children, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Maintain a safe and clean environment during the babysitting hours. Help with bedtime routines respecting each child's individual needs. Monitor the children's playtime to ensure safety while fostering their creativity and independence. Communicate regularly with parents about the children's behavior and activities during care. Care for the family's friendly dog, ensuring pet safety and engagement during the babysitting period. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in childcare, preferably with toddlers and young children. Skills in patience, communication, organization, creativity, and problem-solving. Basic knowledge of safety awareness and flexibility in handling unexpected situations. Experience in pet care is a plus. Must demonstrate excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
