We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Education Referral Network Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. This position is fully remote, allowing the right candidate to work from anywhere in Mexico. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing our educational programs and expanding our referral network. Key Responsibilities- Build referral relationships with therapists, BCBAs, teachers, college professors, daycares, tutors, ESL agencies, language schools, Prek-12 schools, affluent/wealthy parents, homeschooling parents, churches, colleges, universities, technical trade schools, vocational schools,and corporate professionals- Develop referral incentive programs for partners and parents- Track referral sources and conversion rates- Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners- Grow recurring referral-based student enrollment Qualifications- Background in education services, therapy networks, or referral program management- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills- Data tracking and organization abilities- Passion for supporting diverse learners and familiesTechnology Requirements• Reliable high-speed internet connection• Laptop or desktop computer with webcam and wireless noise canceling microphone• Safe physical space suitable for movement during virtual instruction• Familiarity with virtual video platforms for teaching dance and movement Contractor ExpectationsThis is an independent contractor role.
