Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high standards of quality. Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and recommendations for drinks. Manage cash and electronic payment handling accurately while maintaining the bar’s financial integrity. Keep the bar area clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members during busy shifts to ensure efficient service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in mixology and bartending (1-2 years preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle cash and work efficiently under pressure. Experiences with point-of-sale systems and bar management software are a plus. Certification in Responsible Beverage Service is preferred.
