As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial objectives within the contact center industry, specifically focused on sales through phone and online channels. Your impact will be significant as you supervise a team of sales promoters, ensuring they meet defined performance indicators and facilitating their professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet commercial objectives by effectively managing the sales team and ensuring compliance with established conditions and parameters.Guarantee that team members achieve performance indicators (KPIs) through regular monitoring and motivation.Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement action plans to support the team's success.Conduct administrative functions including human resources, administration, and quality assurance to support team operations.Create a positive work environment by managing talent retention strategies and fostering team morale.Support coordination efforts to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.Actively participate in company events, ensuring the team fulfills its objectives and communicates effectively with internal stakeholders.Required and preferred qualificationsTechnical degree or ongoing university studies in administrative or commercial fields.1 year of experience leading teams in a contact center environment.1 year of experience as a sales advisor, specifically in following up and closing sales.Basic English proficiency, at least reading comprehension.Candidates must reside in the District Nacional area.Willingness to work evening hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).The team operates collaboratively within a structured environment, where team members are encouraged to share ideas and strategies for success.
