Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers to generate leads through various channels, employing both traditional and digital strategies. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and competitor offerings, ensuring effective sales strategies. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate product information and promptly addressing client inquiries. Prepare and maintain thorough documentation related to sales activities, lead progress and customer interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies that will enhance lead generation. Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Track and analyze sales metrics regularly to gauge success and identify areas for improvement. Your projects will involve direct sales efforts, client presentations, and regular follow-ups on leads. Working closely with our marketing and customer service teams, you will ensure there is synergy between departments to meet client expectations and improve overall customer satisfaction. Success will be measured through your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, the number of leads converted into sales, and the overall satisfaction of your clients. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally in a field sales capacity. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation techniques and customer relationship management. Familiarity with compliance regulations relevant to sales practices. Competence in data collection and documentation process management. Experience working with sales software/tools is preferred, along with a solid understanding of CRM systems. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is desirable. You will operate within a structured team environment where teamwork, collaboration, and communication are emphasized. The Field Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager, while also collaborating with representatives from the marketing and support teams to deliver a seamless experience to clients.
