We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Showroom Assistant/Reception to join us in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As a key player in our fast-paced showroom environment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role will have a direct impact on our company's success by helping drive sales and creating lasting impressions on visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors in the showroom, providing them with information about products and services.Manage phone and email inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.Maintain showroom displays, ensuring all products are presented in an inviting manner.Assist in processing sales transactions.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory records.Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.Required and Preferred QualificationsMatric / Grade 12 qualification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or showroom setting.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales support tools.A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
